Stepping up - Ceramics Triennale Canberra

I have returned from Canberra with the head full of pots, thoughts, images, inspirations, questions, and opinions. It was a stimulating 3 days of immersion into everything clay and connecting with makers, thinkers, collectors, sellers and artists (often embodied in the same person). Now I have to stay still for a few days and process the myriad of experiences.

I'm thinking that with so many of us commenting, recording and echoing the events using the multitude of  web platforms it would be nice and practical if "someone" posts a list of links. Perhaps a small challenge to anyone ready to take it up? Please let me know if it is happening.

In the mean time, here is a bit of eye-candy from the Delegates Exhibition:

I have captured only a small part of each exhibition, you really had to be there to experience it in full.

  1. so glad you went to the Triennale. Thank you for sharing those great images for those of us who didn't get there.

  2. I'm glad you like them, I will try to find the time to write a bit more in depth about the bits of the conference that influenced me the most.
